1 Introduction

Welcome to Dirinting POS. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2 User Accounts

To access certain features (like Member Club), you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (Phone number & PIN) and for all activities that occur under your account.

3 Loyalty Points & Rewards

• Points are earned based on the final paid amount (1 RM = 1 Point).
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reward program at any time without prior notice.
• Points have an expiration date of 1 year from the date of earning.

4 Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the QR system are final once the status changes to "Cooking". Prices listed on the digital menu are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash, QR DuitNow, and Credit Cards.

5 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary information (Name, Phone, Birthdate) to provide membership services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6 Changes to Terms

Dirinting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
